1. NDT on the bearing inspection

 

If the bearing encoutered the burns, cracks, defective issue during the operation. It will result in the damage to the main body of the machine and causing a certain of danger. With the ultraviolet light, the the bearing with flaws can be detected. Then all the issues can be fixed in advance. Sunlonge developed the full set of UV NDT lamps, which meet the ASTM E3022, even the highest RRES 90061 standard. Sunlonge UV NDT lamps are widely used in the bearing industry.

 

2. Fluorescent leak detection

 

The auto A/C system is positive pressure closed loop system. This closed system will develop leakage problems after a long time operation. So it is important to check if there is refrigerant leakage in the A/C system. The traditional method, like manual visual inspection, simple and low cost, however the efficiency is low. The accurate location of the leak is difficult to detected.  The black light+ fluorescent UV dye can make up for the shortcomings in this regard.

 

Sunlonge fluorescent UV dye is added to the closed A/C system, running for a while. Then the UV dye will collect all the possible leak sites. Meanwhile, scan the system with Sunlonge leak detection light, eg SL3300 model, due to the customize-design optical lens, through the multiple conversion of the optical lens, the UV intensity of SL3300 can be up to 50 000 uw/cm2. Under the SL3300 UV light, all the possible leaks will glowing brightly. Then all the leak site can detected and located accurately.

 

 

3. Surface defects inspection.

 

 

Stated from the quartz, through the all the processing and operation, the the manufacturer will get the final wafer. Before leaving the factory, it is critical to test the surface defects of wafers to distinguish between good and defective products.

 

The main defects on the wafer suface are: (1) Redundancies on the wafer suface,such as particles, dust and residues from the previous processing. (2) Wafer mechanical damage, generally refers to the surface scratches caused by slicing for the wafer surface. These defects are genrally caused due to the chemical machinery. 

 

For these defective defects, Sunlonge developed full set of the surface inspection lamp models for customers with different request. Due to the multiple optical lens technology, Sunlonge can make inspection lamps with different wavelength and light intensity according to custoer demand. Currently the SL8900 model with 1 pcs 30W LED, through Sunlonge customize-design optical lens conversion, the finally illuminance can be up to 350 000 lux, equivalent with the 200W traditional halogen lamp.
